Boosting Engagement with a Luxury Fitness Retreat
Everyone Active’s East Region wanted to launch a campaign that would reward members and boost engagement, with a truly standout prize: a luxury fitness retreat in Ibiza. The challenge was to create something that felt calm, aspirational, and desirable, rather than just another routine gym promotion.
The Goal.
The objective was to craft a campaign that captured the sun-soaked serenity of Ibiza while staying aligned with Everyone Active’s U+ wellbeing pillars. It needed to feel like a genuine lifestyle reward that members could aspire to, inspiring participation and excitement across the region.
The Process.
We developed a new creative look centered on the warm, relaxed energy of island life, emphasising light, sea, sand, and serenity. All imagery was carefully hand-retouched to maintain authenticity and stay true to the original photography.
The campaign was rolled out across print, digital, outdoor, and in-centre materials, ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive look across every touchpoint. The design and messaging reinforced the wellbeing focus while highlighting the luxury and aspirational nature of the prize.
The Result.
The campaign was a huge success, driving strong member engagement across the East Region. Members responded enthusiastically, and the lucky winners enjoyed a week of yoga, mindfulness, and exceptional food in Ibiza. The success has led to plans for a refreshed 2026 edition, continuing to inspire and reward members in new, exciting ways.
