A Dual-Branded Campaign: Balancing Two Visions.

Located across England, Sports and Leisure Management Ltd, or as they’re more widely recognised as, Everyone Active, is the UKs longest-established leisure contractor. Everyone Active now manages over 200 leisure and cultural centres in partnership with more than 60 local authorities!

Since 2011, we have been their design agency of choice and have worked on thousands of projects to support all aspects of business activity. From creative concepts for fitness and swim lesson campaigns, art direction of photography, the development of training materials for colleagues or helping bring to life the look and feel for brand-new community engagement initiatives… we’ve pretty much done it all with Everyone Active.

The Goal.

When Jet2holidays and Everyone Active teamed up, they shared a clear objective: to drive engagement by encouraging new and existing customers to enrol in Everyone Active’s swimming lessons, sports courses, and party bookings. To make the offer even more enticing, exciting rewards from Jet2holidays were up for grabs.

The Process.

Collaboration was vital. We blended Jet2holidays’ lively, adventurous tone with Everyone Active’s fitness-driven ethos to create a campaign that resonated with both audiences. The process was built around clear, customer-first incentives:

  • Prize Draw: Three winners would receive a £3,500 Jet2holidays voucher to plan their dream getaway.
  • Discount Offer: Every Everyone Active customer was gifted a £65 Jet2holidays discount code for future travel.

Taking part was simple: customers signed up for lessons, sports courses, or party bookings and received a link to enter the prize draw. A landing page streamlined the process and ensured a seamless experience.

Once the concept was finalised, we delivered an extensive suite of materials to maximise visibility and engagement:

  • In Print: A5 leaflets, A4 posters, 3×1 banners, and spyder banners.
  • Online: Web banners and vibrant social media graphics.
  • Outdoors: Press ads, D6 digital screens, and striking 48-sheet billboards.

To amplify the campaign’s reach, we rolled out a comprehensive media plan, including radio adverts, magazine features, outdoor placements, and digital campaigns targeting families.

The challenge? To create a dual-branded campaign that respected both brands’ unique identities while delivering a cohesive and compelling message.

Jet2holidays brought their sunny, travel-focused energy, while Everyone Active focused on fitness and family fun. Add tight deadlines (just before Christmas!) into the mix, and the stakes were even higher to deliver something exceptional.
