Causon Business Finance came to Creative62 looking to better reflect who they are today. As their services and expertise had evolved, their brand and website no longer told that story clearly.

The opportunity was to reposition Causon as a confident, strategic partner in business finance and bring that thinking to life through a refreshed brand and a clearer, more effective website.

The Goal.

The aim was to create a brand and digital presence that clearly communicated Causon’s value and expertise, positioning them as strategic advisors rather than simply finance providers. 

It needed to feel credible and confident to business owners and decision-makers, while making their services easier to understand and navigate. Just as importantly, the website needed to support lead generation through clearer, more intuitive user journeys.

From there, we evolved the visual identity to feel more modern and consistent, while retaining familiarity and trust. The refreshed brand was then applied across a newly designed website, built with clarity and usability at its core.

The site structure was simplified, content was refined, and clear calls-to-action were introduced to guide users through the journey and encourage meaningful enquiries.

Every decision, from messaging to layout, was driven by how the site would actually be used by busy decision-makers.
